Suburban Initiatives

The Smith College Club of Philadelphia encompasses a large metro area. We’ve heard from several Smithies living outside  Philadelphia city limits expressing interest in events that do not require a trip into the city.

We’d like to have events that allow all local Smithies to participate in the Club, so if you’re interested in helping develop SCCoP Suburban Initiatives, please e-mail us at phillysmithclub@gmail.com.

Past suburban events have included brunch in Haverford, an outdoor walk in Ambler, and our Regional Book Club, which often meets outside of the city.
