Local Smithie Catherine Renzi, ’86, was recently featured in the Fall 2013 Alumnae Quarterly (pg. 32) as part of a group of Smithies working in small-scale, sustainable agriculture. We are thrilled that she has invited our club to visit Yellow Springs Farm on Saturday, April 26th, 2014. Yellow Springs Farm is a Native Plant Nursery and Artisanal Goat Cheese Dairy, founded by Catherine and Al Renzi, located in Chester Springs, PA. We’ll be visiting with the goats (including the new babies!) at 4 pm, followed by wine and farm-made cheese from 4:30-6:30 pm.
When: Saturday, April 26, 2014 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Where: Yellow Springs Farm, 1165 Yellow Springs Road, PA 19425 We are hoping to do some carpooling for this event. When you RSVP, please let us know if you need a ride, or if you are driving and would have space for a few more!
